Refund Policy

You hear a free preview before you pay. So you know what you're getting.

If something breaks

If your full song fails to generate, won't play, or won't download, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We'll fix it or refund you in full.

Change of heart

Because each song is made just for you and delivered instantly, we don't usually refund a song that was delivered as previewed. Reach out anyway. We read every message.
